How to use EduBoard Knowedge Base to find the answers to all your questions

 

Search bar

If you know exactly what you are looking for, the quickest way to find it is to use our smart search bar.

  1. Locate the search bar in the header at the top of any page (including this page).
  2. Type your search query into the bar (the simpler the query the more likely to find a results).
  3. Once redirected to the results page, select the article or page that answers your query best.

Knowledge Base (All Products)

If you are not sure what to search for or are not getting the intended results, the next best option is to browse our intuitive knowledge base to find the info you\re looking for.

  1. Navigate the the Knowledge Base (All Products) page by clicking the link on the main header on any page.
  2. Select the product you are looking for information about.
  3. Select the type of article you are looking for from the side menu from the following options: Documentation, Support & FAQs, Techincal Assets, User Guides, Lessons & Resources.
  4. Find the article that answers your questions.
